机载电子设备可靠性设计技术探析

摘要 随着电气化智能化的深入发展,机载电子设备的可靠性已成为影响飞行安全的关键因素,其可靠性设计成为可靠性保证体系的关键环节。针对机载电子设备研制阶段的元器件选型、硬件电路设计、结构及PCB设计环节开展可靠性分析,阐述了设计过程可采取的可靠性手段,对于机载电子设备设计环节的可靠性提升拓展了思路。 With the deepening development of electrification and intelligence,the reliability of airborne electronic equipment has become a key factor affecting flight safety,and its reliability design has become a key link in the reliability assurance system.A reliability analysis is conducted on the selection of components,hardware circuit design,structure and PCB design during the development stage of airborne electronic equipment.The reliability measures that can be adopted in the design process are elaborated,and the ideas for improving the reliability of the design stage of airborne electronic equipment are expanded.
