摘要
滤波器是微波电路中一种常用的微波器件,其性能优劣直接决定了微波电路的工作性能。首先介绍了平行耦合线带通滤波器的设计原理及设计方法,根据实际工程需求,设计了一款中心频率为5.3GHz的C频段微带线带通滤波器,采用ADS仿真软件进行了仿真、优化,并使用HFSS仿真软件进行了全波电磁仿真,最后生成了滤波器版图。仿真结果表明,该滤波器满足设计要求。
The filter is a commonly used microwave device in microwave circuits,and its performance directly determines the working performance of microwave circuits.Firstly,the design principle and method of parallel-coupled lines bandpass filters are introduced.According to the actual engineering requirements,a C-band microstrip line bandpass filter with a center frequency of 5.3GHz is designed.ADS simulation software is used for simulation and optimization,and HFSS is used for full wave electromagnetic simulation.Finally,the filter layout is generated.The simulation results show that the filter meets the design requirements.
