摘要 Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a globally prevalent chronic liver disease with a complex pathogenesis, driven by an intricate interplay of metabolic disorders, oxidative stress, inflammatory, and gut microbiota imbalance. With changes in lifestyle and dietary habits,in recent years, the incidence of NAFLD has significantly risen, becoming an important public health issue. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostic and therapeutic system has shown unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of NAFLD,especially the use of lotus leaf, which has attracted attention due to its multi-target and multi-pathway regulatory effects. This review examines the pathogenesis of NAFLD,explores the application of TCM in NAFLD,and focuses on the pharmacological effects of lotus leaf and its potential therapeutic value, providing a theoretical basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
