摘要
针对现有湿热试验箱能效评估缺乏统一方法的问题,本研究提出一种基于焓差法的能效评估方法,包括设置试验箱进行交变湿热循环的测试工况,所述测试工况包括交变湿热循环中的多个工作阶段以及各个工作阶段的温湿度变化参数。将试验样品放入试验箱中或空载,并启动试验箱,试验箱按照所述测试工况进行交变湿热循环试验,试验后整理获得试验箱的实际总耗电量以及根据采集到的温湿度数据计算出的理论总能量,并由所述理论总能量和所述实际总耗电量计算得到试验箱的稳定性加权能效指数,为设备选型与节能优化提供科学依据。试验结果表明,基于焓差法的能效评估方法能够精准反映湿热试验箱在不同交变湿热循环工况下的能效水平,稳定性加权能效指数的计算结果与实际能耗情况具有高度一致性,验证了所提方法的有效性和可靠性,可有效填补现有评估方法的空白。
To address the lack of a unified method for evaluating the energy efficiency of existing humidity and heat test chambers,this study proposes an energy efficiency evaluation method based on the enthalpy difference method.This includes setting up the test chamber for testing under alternating humidity and heat cycles,which involve multiple operational stages within the cycle and the temperature and humidity change parameters for each stage;placing test samples into the test chamber or running it empty,and starting the test chamber to conduct alternating humidity and heat cycle tests according to the specified test conditions;after the test,collecting the actual total power consumption of the test chamber and calculating the theoretical total energy based on the collected temperature and humidity data,and then determining the stability-weighted energy efficiency index by comparing the theoretical total energy with the actual total power consumption,providing a scientific basis for equipment selection and energy-saving optimization.
