摘要
随着武器装备电子化、信息化的快速发展,其复杂度不断增加,对通用质量特性的要求也越来越高,通用质量特性水平的高低直接影响武器装备的作战效能。本文通过分析通用质量特性工作的现状,总结当前通用质量特性工作中存在的薄弱环节,从军事代表如何更好地履行监督职责作为切入点,提出通用质量特性监督薄弱环节的具体解决措施,为提高武器装备通用质量特性监督管理水平提供思路和方法。
With the improvement of electronic and informational level of weapons and equipment,its complexity continues to increase,the occurrence rate of malfunctions increases accordingly,the level of general quality characteristics directly affects the combat effectiveness of equipment.This article analyzes the current situation of the work on general quality characteristics,summarize the weak links in the current work on general quality characteristics,starting from how the Military Representative Office can better fulfill its supervisory responsibilities,propose specific solutions for weak links in the supervision of general quality characteristics,provide ideas and methods for improving the supervision and management level of general quality characteristics of weapons and equipment.
