摘要 【目的】旨在满足大型液化天然气储罐内罐壁板焊接工程需求,研究了不同焊接方法对9%Ni钢焊接工艺及焊接性能的影响。【方法】通过研究接头的微观组织、显微硬度、抗拉强度、低温冲击吸收能量等,对比分析焊条电弧焊、埋弧焊、钨极惰性气体保护焊3种焊接方式作用于内罐壁板最厚板、中厚板、最薄板时的焊接接头微观组织结构和力学性能的差异。详细阐述焊接方法与壁板厚度对焊接性能的影响,表明储罐建设现场存在组合焊接时9%Ni钢焊接结构件的稳定性与差异性。【结果】结果表明,3种焊接方式适用的坡口形式、焊接参数以及焊缝外观成形均有所差别,焊缝区微观组织均为奥氏体和析出相;其中,焊缝区域的显微硬度低于热影响区和母材,抗拉强度随板厚增加而降低,综合低温韧性由高到低依次为:钨极惰性气体保护焊、埋弧焊、焊条电弧焊。【结论】文中研究结果为液化天然气低温储罐内罐壁板焊接方式的选取和焊接参数的制定做出了一定理论支撑。 [Objective]The aim is to meet the welding engineering requirements of inner tank wall plate of big liquefied natural gas storage tank,the effect of different welding methods on the welding process and weldability of 9%Ni steel are studied.[Methods]This paper studies microstructure,microhardness,tensile strength,low-temperature impact absorbed energy and so on,to compare and analyze the difference of microstructure and mechanical properties of the three welding methods of SMAW,TIG and SAW on the thickest plate,medium plate and thinnest plate of the inner tank wall plate.The effect of welding method and wall plate thickness on weldability is described in detail,the welding stability and difference of 9%Ni steel welding parts are indicated when there is a combined welding behavior on the storage tank construction scene.[Resuls]The results show that there are differences in the bevel form,welding parameters and weld appearance molding applicable to the three welding methods.The microstructure of the weld zone is all the austenite and the precipitation phase.And then,the microhardness of the weld zone is lower than that of heat affected zone and base material,and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of plate thickness.The comprehensive low temperature toughness from high to low is tunsten inert gas welding,submerged arc welding,shielded metal arc welding.[Conclusion]The research results of this paper provides certain theoretical support for the selection of inner tank wall plate welding methods and the formulation of welding parameters in liquefied natural gas low-temperature storage tanks.
