摘要
采用半干法脱硫灰与偏高岭土复掺(质量比为5∶1),部分替代硫铝酸盐水泥,NaOH为碱激发剂,聚羧酸为减水剂,制备脱硫灰-偏高岭土碱激发胶凝材料,研究半干法脱硫灰掺量对碱激发胶凝材料力学性能的影响。通过XRD分析微观特性。结果表明:半干法脱硫灰最佳掺量为18%,其掺量增加会增强钙矾石(AFt)衍射峰强度。
The desulfurization ash-metakaolin alkali-activated cementitious material was prepared by compounding semi-dry desulfurization ash with metakaolin(with a mass ratio of 5∶1)to partially replace sulphoaluminate cement.NaOH was used as the alkali activator and polycarboxylic acid was used as the water reducing agent.The influence of the dosage of desulfurization ash on the mechanical properties of the material was studied.The microstructure was analyzed by XRD.The results show that the optimal dosage of desulfurization ash is 18%,and the increase of its dosage will enhance the intensity of the AFt diffraction peak.
