摘要
科学技术的不断发展进步,为酒店提供了更多个性化、智能化、数字化等新型住宿服务手段,提高了顾客住宿体验和愉悦度。文章以北京某酒店为例,分析了传统客房控制系统的不足。为打造更加舒适、安全、便利的住宿环境和体验,从顾客的角度出发,重点关注顾客的需求和感受,对部分客房做了基于ZigBee信息技术的智能控制系统的探索与实践。
With the continuous progress of science and technology,hotels are provided with more personalized,intelligent,digital and other new lodging service means that can improve the customer's lodging experience and pleasure.This paper takes a Beijing hotel as an example to analyze the shortcomings of the traditional vip room control system.In order to create a more comfortable,safe and convenient accommodation environment and experience,from the customer's point of view,it focuses on the customer's needs and feelings,and has explored and practiced the intelligent control system based on ZigBee information technology in some vip room.
