本文探讨了EPC(设计-采购-施工)工程总承包模式下建设单位的管控问题及要点,旨在提升项目管理水平和工程质量。通过分析当前建设单位在EPC总承包模式下的主要问题,并结合建筑工程的具体特点,提出了相应的解决方案和管控要点。文章强调了合同管理、风险管理、沟通协调和质量控制的重要性,并提供了具体的实施策略,为EPC项目的成功实施提供理论支持和技术指导。
This paper explores the management and control issues and key points of construction entities under the EPC(Engineering,Procurement,and Construction)general contracting model,aiming to enhance project management levels and engineering quality.By analyzing the main problems faced by construction entities in the EPC general contracting model and combining the specific characteristics of construction projects,corresponding solutions and control key points are proposed.The paper emphasizes the importance of contract management,risk management,communication coordination,and quality control,and provides specific implementation strategies to offer theoretical support and technical guidance for the successful implementation of EPC projects.
