变频电机杂散电容精确计算与轴电压抑制槽口设计

Stray capacitance calculation and slot opening design for bearing voltage suppression in variable frequency drive motors

摘要 随着电动汽车的电驱系统向着高压、高频方向发展,在电机杂散电容耦合作用下,逆变器输出共模电压引起的电机轴承电蚀问题成为电动汽车发展的瓶颈。本文对电机杂散电容进行精确计算并改进电机设计以抑制轴电压,进而得到解决电蚀问题的低成本可靠方案。首先对永磁同步电机杂散电容进行解析计算,合理分区电机端部区域,建立端部杂散电容的解析计算模型,得到计算结果并进行测试验证。其次从电机本体设计角度进行窄槽口、斜槽口、之字形槽口、窄槽口和斜槽口结合方案下的电机杂散电容计算,结果表明,窄的斜槽口和之字形槽口可有效减小轴承分压比(BVR)。最后,对于上述方案进行电机性能的分析,结果表明窄的斜槽口方案齿槽转矩相比于初始方案减小,气隙磁场畸变率减小,该种方式有利于减小电机的振动和噪声。 With the development of electric vehicle drive systems towards high-voltage and high-frequency directions,the motor bearing electric corrosion caused by inverter-output common-mode voltage through stray capacitance coupling has become a bottleneck in EV development.Accurate calculation of motor stray capacitance and subsequent motor design optimization to suppress bearing voltage offers a cost-effective and reliable solution to address this issue.Analytical calculations of stray capacitance were performed in a permanent magnet synchronous motor by reasonably partitioning the end-winding region and establishing an analytical calculation model,with verification through experimental tests.From the perspective of motor design optimization,various slot opening configurations including narrow slots,skewed slots,zigzag slots,and combined narrow-skewed slots were investigated.The results demonstrate that narrow skewed slots and zigzag slot openings can effectively reduce the bearing voltage ratio(BVR).Furthermore,motor performance analysis reveals that the narrow skewed slot configuration reduces cogging torque and decreases air gap magnetic field distortion rate compared to the original design,which contributes to mitigating motor vibration and noise.
