煤炭质量检测智慧实验室建设及应用前景

Construction and application prospects of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing

摘要 煤炭质量检测智慧实验室融合自动化、人工智能、物联网多科学技术,可实现煤质检测流程的高效化、精准化和全流程自动化,有效提高检测数据的准确性和可靠性并为煤炭行业的科学决策提供基础支撑,因而煤炭质量检测智慧实验室建设已成为必然趋势。分析当前煤炭质量检测智慧实验室建设中存在的设备自动化程度低、技术集成难度大、数据安全与管理挑战多、复合型人才短缺等问题,介绍煤炭质量检测智慧实验室的具体建设内容,阐述智慧实验室建设中的核心技术,并探讨煤炭质量检测智慧实验室的应用前景,以期为推动煤炭检测领域的高效化和智慧化发展提供理论支持。引入“黑灯实验室”概念,提出以感知层、传输层、平台层、应用层4个层面构建煤炭质量检测智慧实验室的总体框架,指出智慧实验室具体建设内容主要包括智能采制样系统、智能化验系统、智能物流系统、智能控制系统、实验室信息管理系统5个方面,其核心关键技术包涵自动化检测及控制技术、机器人技术、物联网技术、人工智能与大数据分析等。煤炭质量检测智慧实验室建设目前还处于初步发展阶段,其在提高检测效率与准确性、促进煤炭行业绿色发展、推动产业升级等方面均具有广阔的应用前景。未来应加强产学研合作、加大技术研发投入、加快复合型人才培养以推广煤炭质量检测智慧实验室的建设和示范应用,打造智能化的“黑灯实验室”新范式,驱动煤炭行业数字化转型与高质量发展。 The intelligent laboratory for coal quality testing integrates multiple scientific technologies such as automation technology,artificial intelligence technology,and the Internet of Things technology.It enables high efficiency,precision,and full-process automation in coal quality testing procedures,which effectively improving the accuracy and reliability of inspection data and providing foundational support for scientific decision-making in the coal industry.Therefore,the construction of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing has become an inevitable trend.The existing problems in the construction of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing was analyzed,which including low automation level of equipment,great difficulty in technology integration,many challenges in data security and management,and shortage of compound talents.The specific components of intelligent laboratory for coal quality testing construction were introduced.Meanwhile,the core technologies in the construction of intelligent laboratories were elaborated,and the application prospects of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing were explored,in order to provide theoretical support for promoting the efficient and intelligent development of coal testing.The“lights-out laboratory”concept was introduced,and a comprehensive framework for building an intelligent laboratory for coal quality testing was proposed,which included four layers:the perception layer,the transmission layer,the platform layer and the application layer.The construction content mainly included five systems,which were intelligent sampling system,intelligent testing system,intelligent logistics system,intelligent control system and laboratory information management system.The key technologies primarily included automation testing and control technology,robotics technology,Internet of Things technology,artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology.The construction of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing is currently in nascent development stage,it has broad application prospects in improving detection efficiency and accuracy,promoting green development of coal industry and promoting industrial upgrading.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation,increase investment in technology research and development,accelerate the training of multi-disciplinary talents,promote the construction and demonstration application of intelligent laboratories for coal quality testing,create a new paradigm of intelligent“lights-out laboratory”,and drive the digital transformation and high-quality development of the coal industry.
