摘要
DeepSeek等AI技术的广泛应用,正逐步成为开启新一轮教育教学工作变革的新引擎,是高等教育数字化转型的关键环节,对提升高校人才培养质量具有重大意义。在深入分析当下国内AI技术现状基础上,结合DeepSeek等不同AI工具的技术优势,系统研究了AI技术在高校就业工作中的本地化应用的实际场景和功能设计。一是提出了与就业业务深度融合的功能设计,刻画了AI技术在高校就业工作本地化的应用场景;二是提出了AI技术在高校就业工作本地化应用的工作要点,为迎接“AI就业”时代提供探索思路与应用路径。通过AI技术在高校就业工作的应用场景研究可以得出,AI技术赋能就业工作,能够有效提高就业管理与服务效率,提升生涯教育与就业指导水平,促进就业研究内涵发展,为破解当下就业工作“三角困顿”提出了新路径、新方案。
The widespread application of AI technologies,such as DeepSeek,is gradually becoming a new engine for initiating a fresh round of transformations in educational and teaching work.AI-empowered university employment work is a key component of the digital transformation in higher education.It holds significant importance for improving the quality of talent cultivation in universities.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current state of domestic AI technology,and leveraging the technical advantages of various AI tools like DeepSeek,this study systematically explores the implementation pathways and functional designs for the localized application of AI technology in university employment work.Firstly,the study proposes functional designs that deeply integrate with employment services,It outlines the implementation pathways for the localized application of AI technology in university employment work.Secondly,the study presents key technical points for the application of AI in university employment work,offering exploratory ideas and application pathways for the era of"AI employment."Through the research on the application pathways of AI technology in university employment work,it can be concluded that AI-empowered employment work can effectively enhance the efficiency of employment management and services,improve the level of career education and employment guidance,and promote the intrinsic development of employment research.It provides new pathways and solutions to address the current"triangular dilemma"in employment work.
