基于物联网的散粮多式联运监管平台设计和实现

摘要 目的 对物联网的散粮多式联运监管平台进行设计并实现。方法 平台主要采用风险评估和溯源机制,通过结合适合现场快速检测的监测手段和环境多因素物联网监测系统,预测危害因素的发生并提前预警减少损失。结果 平台设计结合各种信息技术和生物检测技术,结合相关通讯协议,实现粮食信息流的自动发送、储存和溯源,同时结合网络视频监控和环境温度远程控制,将采集的坐标、温度、湿度、时间、危害物质含量等信息实时显示在云平台服务器,确保散粮储运质量安全。结论 该物联网监管平台的建设给港口企业提供了有效管理散粮质量的工具,并一定程度上对相关部门监管粮食进出口安全起到了辅助监管的作用。 Objective To design and implement of bulk grain multimodal transport monitoring platform based on internet of things.Methods It used a risk assessment and traceability mechanism to prevent the occurrence of hazardous factors and caused losses through the use of monitoring means suitable for field rapid detection and environmental multi-factor internet of things monitoring systems.Results The design of the platform combined various information technologies and biological detection technologies,combined with relevant communication protocols,to realize the automatic transmission,storage and traceability of grain information flow.At the same time,combined with network video monitoring and remote control of environmental temperature,the collected coordinates,temperature,humidity,time and other information were displayed in real time on the platform server to ensure the quality and safety of bulk grain storage and transportation.Conclusion The construction of this platform provides port enterprises with an internet tool for effective management of bulk grain quality,and to a certain extent,it plays an auxiliary role in the supervision of food import and export safety by relevant departments.
