摘要
目的 对比分析2021—2024年河南省玉米质量品质。方法 对2021—2024年河南省玉米质量品质数据进行对比分析。结果 2021—2024年河南玉米的质量普遍较好,三等以上比例均在90%以上,容重呈上升趋势。玉米生长、收获期间雨水较多,对不完善粒影响较大,不完善粒(≤8.0%)的比例在80%上下浮动。2021—2024年间,玉米淀粉(干基)平均值为71.9%,粗蛋白(干基)平均值为9.6%,粗脂肪(干基)平均值为3.3%,76%的样品符合GB/T 17890—2008《饲料用玉米》标准,90%以上的样品淀粉(干基)含量≥69%。结论 河南省玉米总体质量较好,容重较高,不完善粒适中,粗蛋白质含量较高,淀粉含量中等偏上,粗脂肪含量较低,适宜作口粮、饲料、淀粉和发酵工业等用。
Objective To comparative analysis of maize quality in Henan Province from 2021 to 2024.Methods A comparative analysis was conducted on the quality data of maize in Henan Province from 2021 to 2024.Results The quality of maize in Henan Province from 2021 to 2024 was generally good.The proportion of third class and above was above 90%,and the test weight showed an upward trend.There was a lot of rainfall during the growth and harvest period of maize,which had a significant impact on defected kernel.The proportion of defected kernel(less than or equal to 8.0%)fluctuated around 80%.From 2021 to 2024,the average value of maize starch(dry basis)was 71.9%,the average value of crude protein(dry basis)was 9.6%,and the average value of crude fat(dry basis)was 3.3%,76%of the maize samples complied with the GB/T 17890—2008 Maize for feedstuffs standard,and over 90%of the samples had a starch(dry basis)content greater than or equal to 69%.Conclusion The overall quality of maize in Henan Province is good,with a high test weight,moderate defected kernel,high crude protein content,medium to high starch content,and low crude fat content.It is suitable for use as food,feedstuffs,starch and fermentation industry.
