摘要
目的 基于QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法检测蔬菜中农药残留,探索合适芹菜、茼蒿、莴苣叶、大叶芥菜、生菜、豆苗、红薯叶、大叶苦麦菜、蒜苗、香菜10种绿叶菜中21种农药检测的代表性基质标准曲线。方法 10种空白试样,经乙腈提取,QuEChERS前处理净化后进行基质效应评估。对10种空白试样进行21种农药加标回收试验,以基质效应强弱不同的曲线校正结果,计算回收率。结果 蒜苗呈现最强基质效应,生菜呈现最弱基质效应,红薯叶和莴苣叶分别呈现中等和中等偏强基质效应,其中以红薯叶基质配制标准曲线,21种农药在0.005~0.500μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)>0.999,21种农药在10种绿叶菜中的平均回收率满足检测要求的占比达99.0%。结论 选用红薯叶作为代表性基质配制标准曲线,可有效保证多农药残留定量分析的准确性,同时简化传统方法中需针对不同基质单独校正的烦琐流程。
Objective To explore the representative matrix-matched calibration curves of 21 kinds of pesticide residues in 10 kinds of green leafy vegetables such as celery,garland chrysanthemum,lettuce leaf,large leaf mustard,lettuce,pea shoots,sweet potato leaf,Chinese bitter lettuce,garlic sprout and coriander based on the method of determining pesticide residues in vegetables by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Methods Matrix effects were evaluated using 10 kinds of blank samples extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up by QuEChERS.Recovery tests of 21 kinds of pesticides were conducted on the 10 kinds of blank samples.The recoveries were calculated using calibration curves with different matrix effect intensities.Results Garlic sprout exhibited the strongest matrix effects,while lettuce showed the weakest.Sweet potato leaf and lettuce leaf demonstrated moderate and moderate-to-strong matrix effects,respectively.In sweet potato leaf matrix-matched calibration curve,21 kinds of pesticides exhibited good linearity in the range of 0.005–0.500μg/mL with correlation coefficients(r)more than 0.999.The average recovery rates of 21 kinds of pesticides in 10 kinds of tested green leafy vegetables met the analytical requirements with a compliance rate of 99.0%.Conclusion The adoption of sweet potato leaf as a representative matrix not only ensure the accurate quantification of multiple pesticide residues but also simplifies the analytical procedure by eliminating the steps for individual matrix-specific calibration.
