新型硼酸盐Sr_(2)Sc_(2)B_(4)O_(11)∶Cr^(3+)近红外荧光粉的发光性能 被引量:2

摘要 近红外荧光粉转换发光二极管(pc-LED)在夜视、无损检测和生物成像等领域表现出极高的应用价值。当前,开发具有宽发射范围、高效率和强稳定性的近红外荧光粉成为了研究热点。本文采用高温固相反应合成了Cr^(3+)掺杂的硼酸盐类Sr_(2)Sc_(2)B_(4)O_(11)∶Cr^(3+)(缩写为SSBO∶Cr^(3+))粉末样品,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)对样品的物相、颗粒大小与形貌、元素分布等进行了系统分析。进一步,通过漫反射光谱、激发光谱、稳/瞬态发射光谱等对SSBO∶Cr^(3+)荧光粉的光谱学特性进行了细致研究。样品在蓝光~475 nm有高效吸收,受激发后可发射峰值位于785 nm的宽带近红外光谱,范围为650~1050 nm,峰值为785 nm,具有半高宽约104 nm。另一方面,在热稳定性研究中,SSBO∶0.03Cr^(3+)荧光粉在373 K的发射强度保持为室温时的67%。最终,将SSBO∶0.03Cr^(3+)荧光粉与480 nm蓝光LED芯片结合制备了pc-LED,实现了其在无损检测和生物成像方面的应用。 In recent years,near-infrared(NIR)phosphor-converted light-emitting diodes(pc-LED)have shown extremely high application value in various fields such as night vision,non-destructive detection,and biological imaging.Development of NIR-emitting phosphors with a large full width at half maximum(FWHM),high efficiency and stabilities has become a research focus.In this work,borate Sr_(2)Sc_(2)B_(4)O_(11)∶Cr^(3+)(SSBO∶Cr^(3+))phosphor samples were synthesized using high-temperature solid-state reaction.By means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),the samples were systematically analyzed for phase identification,particle size and morphology,element distribution,etc.of the samples using.The samples exhibit efficient blue light absorption,yield a broadband NIR emission over 650-1050 nm,with a peak at 785 nm,and a FWHM~104 nm.Moreover,SSBO∶0.03Cr^(3+)phosphor has strong thermal stability and at 373 K maintains 67%of the emission intensity at room temperature.Finally,the optimized SSBO∶0.03Cr^(3+)phosphors were combined with a blue~480 nm LED chip for a home-made NIR pc-LED,which was employed for applications in non-destructive detection and biological imaging.
