摘要
建筑行业发展增速逐渐放缓,面临着转型升级,智能建造作为一种有效的手段,提升效率与降低成本,促进建筑可持续发展,成为当前研究的热门领域。BIM技术作为智能建造理念的核心支撑点,论文以BIM5D集成平台为核心,融合AI、VR、大数据、物联网等人工智能技术,构建基于BIM5D平台的智能建造技术并应用于建筑全生命周期,并结合工程实践案例,阐述了其应用带来的综合效益,推动项目管理数字化、智能化、协同化发展。
The development growth rate of the construction industry is gradually slowing down,facing transformation and upgrading.Intelligent construction,as an effective means,improve efficiency and reduce costs,and promote the sustainable development of buildings,has become a hot field of current research.BIM technology as the core of the intelligent construction concept,the paper with BIM5D integration platform as the core,fusion AI,VR,big data,Internet of things such as artificial intelligence technology,build based on BIM5D platform intelligent building technology and applied to the whole life cycle,combined with engineering practice case,expounds the comprehensive benefits of its application,promote the development of the project management digital,intelligent,collaborative.
