摘要
依托工程实践,结合现场检测、测试技术,分析了端承桩底部缺陷产生的原因,认为桩底沉渣的形成是造成桩底缺陷的主要原因。桩底沉渣与勘察、设计、施工、检测活动密切相关,当桩底沉渣过厚时,桩端呈“刺入破坏”模式,采用传统的桩基补强方案不仅难以有效解决大厚度沉渣问题,而且受到场地、地质以及经济等因素的制约。提出的桩心引孔高压旋喷注浆加固方案兼顾鉴别、测试、加固功能于一体,加固成本低、施工工艺方便快捷,加固后桩身受力明确、加固效果良好,经济效益显著。
Based on engineering practice,combined with field detection and testing technology,the causes of pile bottom defects of end⁃bearing piles are analyzed.It is considered that the formation of pile bottom sediment is the main cause of pile bottom defects.The sediment at the bottom of the pile is closely related to the investigation,design,construction,and testing activities.When the sediment at the bottom of the pile is too thick,the pile tip is in a“penetrating failure”mode.The traditional pile foundation reinforcement scheme is not only difficult to effectively solve the problem of large thickness sediment but also restricted by factors such as site,geology,economy,etc.The proposed high⁃pressure jet grouting reinforcement scheme of pile core pilot holes takes into account the functions of identification,testing,and reinforcement.The reinforcement cost is low,the construction technology is convenient and fast,the pile body after reinforcement is clear,the reinforcement effect is good,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
