摘要
基于智能顶升平台的集成悬挂系统,采用轻型标准贝雷片组合成桁架,通过附墙支座、导轨立柱、套架、小型油缸和换向盒等部件组成的支撑动力系统,将荷载有效传递,构成集成悬挂系统基础,从而实现外挂架的吊挂式设计。外挂架和悬挂大模板通过刚性连杆悬挂于智能顶升平台,并与平台同步提升。施工电梯通过贝雷架悬挂并集成于井道施工电梯结构中,其上部曳引机与贝雷架紧密连接。这种集成方式可实现外立面结构施工、砌体作业、保温工序的高效穿插,减轻工作人员劳动强度,为精益建造提供了更广阔的空间,推动了工业化建造发展。
Based on the integrated suspension system of intelligent jack-up platform,the truss is composed of light standard bailey pieces.Through the supporting power system composed of wall support,guide rail column,sleeve frame,small oil cylinder and reversing box,the load is effectively transmitted to form the basis of the integrated suspension system,so as to realize the hanging design of the outer hanging frame.The outer hanging frame and the suspension large formwork are suspended on the intelligent jack-up platform through the rigid connecting rod and are lifted synchronously with the platform.The construction elevator is suspended and integrated in the shaft elevator structure through the Bailey frame,and its upper traction machine is closely connected with the Bailey frame.This integration method can realize the efficient interpenetration of facade structure construction,masonry operation and thermal insulation process,reduce the labor intensity of staff,provide a broader space for lean construction,and promote the development of industrial construction.
