逐层外扩的大跨度三角挑檐桁架施工技术

摘要 为保证大跨度三角挑檐桁架施工质量和安装精度,以某博物馆项目为背景,根据传力路径详细阐述大跨度三角挑檐桁架施工工序,并对施工工序和楼板作用对整体结构和挑檐桁架的影响进行数值模拟分析和研究;采用自平衡施工技术并采取施工管控措施安装悬挑三角挑檐桁架,利用全站仪测量焊接前、中、后的安装误差。实践表明,采用逐层外扩的大跨度悬挑桁架施工技术,可有效保障施工质量、安全及工期,满足设计与施工要求。 In order to ensure the construction quality and installation accuracy of large-span triangular eaves truss,based on a museum project,the construction process of large-span triangular eaves truss is elaborated in detail according to the force transmission path,and the influence of construction process and floor action on the overall structure and eaves truss is analyzed and studied by numerical simulation.Self-balancing construction technology and construction control measures are used to install cantilevered triangular eaves trusse,and total station are used to measure the installation errors before,during and after welding.The practice shows that the construction technology of large-span eaves truss with layer-by-layer external expansion can effectively guarantee the construction quality,safety and construction period,and meet the design and construction requirements.
