摘要
随着建筑电气中阻燃电线电缆的大量推广应用,其质量安全也引起广泛关注。依据国内现行的关于阻燃电线电缆标准体系(GB31247—2014、GB/T19666—2019、XF306.1—2007),对阻燃电线电缆的分类及试验要求进行对比说明,分析了各阻燃标准体系技术性能、测试程序要求、命名方式等关键技术,并探讨了标准差异性。指出只有明确阻燃标准与产品特性、试验标准、应用场所之间的关系才能科学准确地进行产品性能考核和衡量。
With the widespread promotion and application of flame retardant wire and cable in building electrical systems,quality and safety have drawn significant attention.This paper is based on the current domestic standard system for flame retardant wire and cable(GB 31247—2014,GB/T19666—2019,XF306.1—2007),compares and explains the categorization of flame retardant wire and cable and test requirements,and analyzes the key technologies such as technical performance,test procedure requirements,naming method and other key technologies of the flame retardant standard system,and discusses the standard differences.It is pointed out that only by clarifying the relationship between flame retardant standards and product characteristics,test standards and application sites can product performance assessment and measurement be carried out scientifically and accurately.
