摘要
构建中国管理学自主知识体系并非简单的情境化研究,而是在“中国特色”的基础上强调“自主”的学术范式,在“本土化研究”的基础上强调“原创”与“体系”。中国人文管理学以中国管理哲学为基础,以对西方主流管理学的整体反思为参照,以“伦”“理”合一为特点,构成了中国管理学自主知识体系,是对中国式现代化实践的理论总结和提炼。中国人文管理学立足于中国式现代化的本质要求,回应全球管理学界的理论困境,不仅符合中国管理实践的实际情况,其人文关怀也适应全球管理实践的需求。
Building an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese management is not merely contextualized research,it is an academic paradigm that emphasizes"autonomy"based on"Chinese characteristics,"and emphasizes"originality"and"system"based on"localized research."Based on Chinese management philosophy and an overall reflection on Western mainstream management,Chinese humanistic management is characterized by the unity of"ethics"and"reason."It constitutes an autonomous knowledge system of Chinese management,and is a theoretical summary and refinement of Chinese modernization practice.Based on the essential requirements of Chinese modernization and responding to the theoretical dilemmas of the global management community,Chinese humanistic management not only conforms to the actual situation of Chinese management practice,but also adapts its humanistic concern to the needs of global management practice.
