摘要
目的研究差异性包装对全自动清洗机清洗处理后简易呼吸气囊存储时间的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月江阴市中医院消毒供应中心统一回收的临床各科室使用后的120套简易呼吸气囊,以密封信封抽签法分为医用自封袋组与纸塑包装袋组,每组60套。两组简易呼吸气囊均借助洁定清洗消毒机进行清洗处理,纸塑包装袋组选用纸塑包装袋进行包装,医用自封袋组选用医用自封袋进行包装,并将两组简易呼吸气囊平均放置于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境中待检。比较两组简易呼吸气囊在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境中存储1、2、3、4个月的菌落数,并分析两组简易呼吸气囊消毒成本。结果存储1、2、3、4个月,两组简易呼吸气囊在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境中的菌落数比较差异均无统计学意义。选择每月消毒,纸塑包装袋组简易呼吸气囊年消毒成本为43200元,医用自封袋组简易呼吸气囊年消毒成本为23040元;若选择延长至每4个月消毒,纸塑包装袋组简易呼吸气囊年消毒成本为10800元,医用自封袋组简易呼吸气囊年消毒成本为5760元。结论选用纸塑包装袋与医用自封袋包装全自动清洗机清洗处理后简易呼吸气囊的安全性相当,但医用自封袋包装成本更低,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of different packaging on the storage time of simple respiratory ballon after cleaning by fully automatic cleaning machine.Methods A total of 120 sets of simple respiratory balloon used by various clinical departments and uniformly collected by the Disinfection Supply Center of Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the medical ziplock bag group and the paper plastic bag group by the sealed envelope lottery method,with 60 sets in each group.Both groups of simple respiratory balloon were cleaned and treated with the Jieding cleaning and disinfection machine,the paper plastic bag group was packaged in paper plastic bag,and the medical ziplock bag group was packaged in medical ziplock bags,the two groups of simple respiratory balloon were evenly placed in ClassⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲenvironments for inspection.The number of colonies of simple respiratory balloon stored in ClassⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲenvironment for 1,2,3,4 months were compared between the two groups,and the disinfection costs of the two groups of simple respiratory balloon were analyzed.Results After 1,2,3 and 4 months of storage,there were no statistically significant differences in the number of colonies of simple respiratory balloon in ClassⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲenvironments between the two groups.When monthly disinfection was selected,the annual disinfection cost of simple respiratory balloon was 43200 yuan for the paper plastic bag group and 23040 yuan for the medical ziplock bag group;if the disinfection was extended to every 4 months,the annual disinfection cost of the simple respiratory balloon in the paper plastic bag group was 10800 yuan,the annual disinfection cost of the simple respiratory balloon in the medical ziplock bag group was 5760 yuan.Conclusion The safety of simple respiratory balloon after cleaning by fully automatic cleaning machine of medical ziplock bag is similar to that of paper plastic bag,but the packaging cost of medical ziplock bag is lower,and it is worth promoting and applying.
