摘要
目的探讨基于多学科理念的阶梯护理对急性脑出血患者日常生活能力及认知功能的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2024年10月厦门弘爱医院收治的100例急性脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于多学科理念的阶梯护理。对比两组神经功能、日常生活能力、认知功能、生存质量。结果护理后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分较对照组低,巴氏指数、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论基于多学科理念的阶梯护理可有效改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能与认知功能,提升日常生活能力及生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of step nursing based on multidisciplinary concept on daily living ability and cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Xiamen Hongai Hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received multidisciplinary based staged nursing on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,daily living ability,cognitive function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing care,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the scores of Barthel index,Montreal cognitive assessment scale and each item on the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary based staged nursing can effectively improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,and enhance their daily living ability and quality of life.
