摘要
目的探究超声下真空辅助微创旋切联合逍遥丸治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月抚州市第一人民医院收治的72例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组采用超声下真空辅助微创旋切治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用逍遥丸治疗,比较两组临床指标、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、血清疼痛因子[神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)、前列腺素E_(2)(prostaglandin E_(2),PGE_(2))、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)]水平、并发症发生率、血清性激素[雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、垂体催乳素(prolactin,PRL)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、睾酮(testosterone,T)]水平。结果观察组切口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12、24、48 h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清NPY、PGE_(2)、5-HT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清E_(2)、PRL水平均低于对照组,P、T水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声下真空辅助微创旋切联合逍遥丸治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者,可促进切口愈合,减轻疼痛感,改善性激素水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision combined with Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.Methods 72 patients with breast benign tumor in the Fuzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table mothed,with 36 cases in each group.The control group were treated ultrasound-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision and the observation group were treated Xiaoyao pill on the base of the control group,the clinical indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,serum pain factors(neuropeptide Y[NPY],prostaglandin E_(2)[PGE_(2)],5-hydroxytryptamine[5-HT])levels,incidence of complications,serum sex hormones(estradiol[E_(2)],pituitary prolactin[PRL],progesterone[P],testosterone[T])levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 12,24,48 h after operation,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,the levels of serum NPY,PGE_(2) and 5-HT in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,the levels of serum E_(2) and PRL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of P and T were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-assisted minimally invasive rotary excision combined with Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors can promote incision healing,relieve pain,improve sex hormone levels,and has relatively high safety.
