摘要
国家治理现代化通过不断推动国家治理体系和治理能力实现新的飞跃,以适应现代社会发展需求,这不仅为中国实现高质量发展提供坚实基础,更为全球治理提供了具有时代意义的治理模板。“第二个结合”是党将马克思主义基本原理与中华优秀传统文化相结合的最新成果,“第二个结合”不仅为马克思主义注入了中国血液,更激活了中华优秀传统文化的生命力,为全人类面临的共同问题提供了中国智慧和中国方案,彰显出中国自身的大国风范。本文以“第二个结合”为视角探讨了“第二个结合”的内涵与价值以及中华优秀传统文化在理念、制度和实践这三个层面对国家治理现代化起到的强有力的推动作用,同时,本文以全球化的视野深入探讨了中华优秀传统文化对中国构建自身的话语体系的时代意义。
The modernization of national governance achieves a new leap by continuously promoting the national governance system and governance capacity to meet the needs of modern social development.This not only provides a solid foundation for China to achieve high-quality development,but also provides a governance template with the significance of the times for global governance.The'second combination'is the latest achievement of the party's combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The'second combination'not only injects Chinese blood into Marxism,but also activates the vitality of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.It provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the common problems faced by all mankind,and highlights China's own great power style.From the perspective of'the second combination',this paper discusses the connotation and value of'the second combination'and the powerful role of Chinese excellent traditional culture in promoting the modernization of national governance at the three levels of concept,system and practice.At the same time,this paper discusses the significance of Chinese excellent traditional culture to the construction of China's own discourse system from the perspective of globalization.
