甲酸酸化-亲疏水平衡对渗滤液及污染水中溶解性有机物萃取研究

摘要 固相萃取(SPE)是常用的溶解性有机物(DOM)提取方法,但以甲酸酸化、亲水-疏水平衡(HLB)吸附柱吸附及甲醇洗脱的特定SPE的萃取效果尚不明确.本研究采集13个垃圾填埋场的渗滤液(13份)、处理后排水(10份)及周边地下水(14份),利用三维荧光光谱测定原液、洗脱液与渗透液,评估SPE过程中DOM回收与损失情况.结果表明:该SPE技术对垃圾渗滤液中发射波长较短的类富里酸及处理后排水和地下水中的芳香族蛋白质类物质萃取效果较好,但对大分子腐殖酸萃取效率偏低,可能是因为甲酸难以有效质子化此类组分.平行因子分析显示,该SPE技术更易萃取结构简单的色氨酸类蛋白质,对腐殖酸的萃取效果有限.荧光指数表明被萃取DOM腐殖化程度低,新鲜度与自生源强度不显著.甲酸酸化、HLB柱吸附及甲醇洗脱SPE方法可以有效分离与提取结构简单的亲水性DOM,该研究结果可为后续深入解析小分子亲水性氯代DOM提供了参考. Solid phase extraction(SPE)is extensively utilized for the extraction of dissolved organic matter(DOM);nevertheless,the efficiency of SPE under specific conditions(employing formic acid as the acidifier,hydrophilic-lipophilic balance(HLB)as the sorbents,and methanol as the elution solvent)remains unclear.In this study,13 refuse leachate samples,10 effluent samples after leachate treatment,and 14 surrounding groundwater samples from 13 landfills were collected.The excitation and emission matrix was employed to analyze the stock solution,eluent,and permeate before and after SPE,enabling the evaluation of DOM enrichment and loss during the extraction process.The results indicated that this SPE method could effectively extract fulvic acids with short emission wavelengths from leachate and aromatic proteins from treated effluent and groundwater.However,but it exhibited low efficiency in recovering large humic acid molecules.This inefficiency might be attributed to the incapability of formic acid to effectively protonate these components.Parallel factor analysis indicated that the method preferentially extracted structurally simple tryptophan-like proteins,while its performance for humic acids was restricted.The SPE method involving formic acid acidification,HLB cartridge adsorption,and methanol elution effectively separates and extracts structurally simple and hydrophilic DOM.These results provide a valuable reference for further elucidating the characteristics of low-molecular-weight,hydrophilic chlorinated DOM.
