摘要
梨果皮的褐色锈斑是果皮角质层和表皮细胞破损后形成木栓层的外在颜色表现,而木栓质是木栓层的重要组成成分,其沉积过程与果锈的形成密切相关。梨果锈严重降低了梨果实的外观品质及商品价值。探究梨果锈木栓质的合成机制及其调控途径,对提高梨果实外观品质具有重要意义。文章综述了梨果锈木栓质合成过程中发挥关键作用的酶、转录因子以及激素等因子,旨在为梨果锈木栓质调控网络的进一步研究以及果实外观品质的提升提供理论参考。
The brown russet spots on pear peel are the external manifestation of cork layer formed following damage to the cuticle and epidermal cells.Suberin is an important component of cork layer,and its deposition process is closely related to the formation of fruit russet.The appearance quality and market value of pear fruits are seriously reduced due to fruit russet.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the synthesis mechanism and regulation pathway of suberin synthesis during pear russet development to improve the appearance quality of the fruits.In this paper,the key factors such as enzymes,transcription factors and hormones in the synthesis of suberin during pear russet development were reviewed,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for further research on the regulatory network of suberin during pear fruit russeting development and improvement of fruit appearance quality.
