摘要
对“神舟十五号”飞船搭载的贵农5号和贵农7号刺梨种子开展了育苗试验,结果表明,航天搭载对刺梨种子发芽率、成苗率影响不显著,但SP1代部分植株产生了形态变异,获得变异植株5株,其中贵农5号产生变异植株4株,贵农7号产生变异植株1株,变异率分别为1.40%和0.38%。这些形态变异主要表现为小叶形状、大小、叶面色泽等叶片形态的变异和皮刺着生数量与着生位置的变异。
A seedling experiment was conducted with Rosa roxburghii GuiNong 5(GN5)and GuiNong 7(GN7)seeds carried by the Shenzhou-15 spacecraft through spaceflight-induced mutation breeding.The results showed that the influences of spaceflight-breeding on the germination and seedling rates of R.roxburghii seeds were not significant.Morphological variations were found in some plants of SP1 generations.Five variant plants were obtained,with 4 from GN5(1.4%mutation rate)and 1 from GN7(0.38%mutation rate).The variations of morphology were mainly in leaflet shape,size,and blade surface color,also the number and distribution of epidermal prickles.
