摘要
为筛选适合广西地区番荔枝冬季果实生产的果袋类型,以5年生“凤梨释迦”番荔枝为试材,采用外白内黄双层纸袋、黄色双层纸袋、外红内黑双层纸袋、白色单层纸袋、黄色单层纸袋等5种果袋套袋处理,以不套袋作为对照,测定比较不同套袋处理的果实内外品质性状指标及抗氧化酶活性,并开展果实内外品质及抗氧化酶活性的相关性分析。结果表明,尽管套袋处理会降低果实糖酸比、可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量和钾含量,但同时提高果实单果质量、横径、纵径和果皮亮度,并显著增强过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶等抗氧化酶活性。其中,黄色单层纸袋处理的效果最好,与对照(不套袋)相比,其果实横径、纵径,单果质量,果皮亮度,过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性分别显著提高10.15%、7.15%、11.35%、13.73%、68.89%、56.52%、42.31%。建议在广西地区番荔枝冬季果实生产上采用黄色单层纸袋套袋处理,以优化果实品质和增强其抗氧化能力。
In order to screen out the suitable fruit bags for winter fruit production of the Annona squamosa L.in Guangxi,five-year-old Atemoya A.squamosa trees were used as experimental materials,five different types of fruit bags were applied to bag the fruits,including outer white and inner yellow double-layer paper bags(T1),yellow double-layer paper bags(T2),outer red and inner black double-layer paper bags(T3),white single-layer paper bags(T4),and yellow single-layer paper bags(T5),with non-bagged fruits as control(CK).The internal and external fruit quality indexes and antioxidant enzyme activities were detected and compared between different bagging treatments,and the correlation analysis of internal and external fruit quality and antioxidant enzyme activities were conducted.The results showed that although bagging decreased the sugar-acid ratio,soluble solid content,vitamin C content,and potassium content,but it increased the single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,and fruit surface brightness.Additionally,bagging treatments significantly enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as POD,SOD,and CAT.Among the treatments,T5(yellow single-layer paper bag)treatment showed the most outstanding overall performance.Compared to CK,T5 significantly increased the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,single fruit weight,fruit surface brightness,and the activities of POD,SOD,and CAT by 10.15%,7.15%,11.35%,13.73%,68.89%,56.52%,and 42.31%,respectively.It is recommended to use yellow single-layer paper bag(T5)for fruit bagging in winter in A.squamosa fruit production in Guangxi to optimize fruit quality and enhance antioxidant capacity.
