不同种类柑橘种质生理落果药用功能成分比较

Comparison of medicinal functional components in physiological fallen fruits of different citrus germplasms

摘要 开发利用柑橘生产中产生的大量生理落果,是柑橘产业增收的重要途径之一。为探究不同柑橘种质生理落果果实的药用功能成分,在湖南益阳、长沙和郴州收集了14份柑橘种质(酸橙类1份、橘类2份、柑类3份、甜橙类和柚类各4份)的第二次生理落果,对其大小、总黄酮、总酚及8种药用功能成分含量进行检测,对不同指标进行相关性分析,并基于测定指标数据对不同柑橘种质生理落果进行聚类分析。结果表明,在不同类别柑橘种质或同一类别不同种质的生理落果之间,功能成分种类和含量差异显著。总黄酮和总酚整体含量,菊花芯柚最高,汉森2号酸橙其次,甜橙类种质较低。沃柑的芦丁含量(1.96 mg/g,以干质量计,下同),红心柚的芸香柚皮苷(39.50 mg/g),菊花芯柚的柚皮苷(183.72 mg/g)、异欧前胡素(0.59 mg/g)和欧前胡素(0.06 mg/g),汉森2号的新橙皮苷(100.42 mg/g),尖叶莽山野橘的橙皮苷(16.12 mg/g),沙田柚的柠檬苦素(2.62 mg/g),分别在14份种质中处于最高含量水平。果实大小指标(单果质量、纵径、横径)与异欧前胡素和柠檬苦素含量显著正相关,总黄酮与总酚含量之间以及两者与柚皮苷、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素和柠檬苦素含量均显著正相关。14份柑橘种质的生理落果可聚为5类,柚类种质、汉森2号、早蜜椪柑和沃柑分别聚为4类,其余种质聚为1类。 Utilizing physiological fallen fruits in citrus production is one of important ways for enhancing industry profitability.To investigate the medicinal functional components in fallen fruits of different citrus germplasms,the second fallen fruits from 14 citrus germplasms(including 1 sour orange,2 mandarins,3 tangerines,4 sweet oranges,and 4 pummelos)were collected in Yiyang,Changsha and Chenzhou of Hunan Province.The content of total flavonoids,total phenols,and 8 medicinal functional components were detected.Correlation analysis of different indicators was conducted,and cluster analysis was performed on fallen fruits of different citrus germplasm based on detected data of indicators.The results showed there were significant differences in the types and contents of functional components among fallen fruits of different citrus categories or different germplasms within the same category.Among them,Juhuaxin pummelo had the highest overall contents of total flavonoids and total phenols,followed by Hansen No.2 sour orange,with relatively low contents in sweet orange germplasms.Among the 14 citrus germplasm accessions,Orah mandarin contained the highest concentration of rutin(1.96 mg/g,dry weight basis,same below).Hongxin pomelo demonstrated the highest content of narirutin(39.50 mg/g),while Juhuaxin pummelo showed maximal levels of naringin(183.72 mg/g),isoimperatorin(0.59 mg/g),and imperatorin(0.06 mg/g).Hansen No.2 sour orange contained the highest content of neohesperidin(100.42 mg/g),sharp-leaf Mangshan wild mandarin exhibited the highest concentration of hesperidin(16.12 mg/g),and Shatian pummelo displayed the highest content of limonin(2.62 mg/g).Correlation analysis revealed that fruit size indicators(single fruit weight,longitudinal and transverse diameter)were significantly positively correlated with isoimperatorin and limonin contents.Total flavonoids and total phenols showed significant positive correlations with each other,as well as with the contents of naringin,imperatorin,isoimperatorin,and limonin.Cluster analysis grouped the fallen fruits of 14 citrus germplasm into 5 clusters based on functional component indicators.4 pummelo germplasms,Hansen No.2,Zaomi Ponkan,and Orah mandarin were grouped into 4 separate clusters,while the remaining germplasms were grouped into one cluster.
