多传感器融合下城际轨道列车牵引电机节能控制

摘要 由于城际轨道列车在运行时,黏着阻力的变化会导致牵引电机产生较高的能耗,进而导致列车在运行过程中出现动力不足、加速缓慢等问题。为确保列车在不同环境下能平稳运行,提出多传感器融合下城际轨道列车牵引电机节能控制。利用多传感器获取城际轨道列车的运行状态信息和环境信息。通过融合不同类型、不同位置的传感器数据,估算出列车的黏着系数和黏着阻力,并以黏着阻力为依据,计算电机最大效率时的转差频率。通过控制电机的转差频率,对牵引力进行精确调节,实现节能控制的目的。实验结果表明:提出的多传感器融合下的节能控制方法能够显著降低城际轨道列车牵引电机的能耗,提高运营效率,与其他节能控制方法相比,能够更好地适应复杂多变运行环境。 Due to the changes in adhesion resistance during the operation of intercity rail trains,the traction motor generates high energy consumption,which in turn leads to problems such as insufficient power and slow acceleration during the train's operation.To ensure smooth operation of trains in different environments,energy-saving control of traction motors for intercity rail trains under multi-sensor fusion is proposed.By utilizing multiple sensors to obtain operational and environmental information of intercity rail trains,and integrating sensor data from different types and locations,the adhesion coefficient and resistance of the train is estimated,and based on adhesive resistance,the slip frequency at the maximum efficiency of the motor is calculated.The traction force is precisely adjusted by controlling the slip frequency of the motor to achieve energy-saving control.The experimental results show that the proposed multi-sensor fusion energy saving control method can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the traction motor of intercity rail trains,improve the operation efficiency,and better adapt to the complex and changeable operating environment compared with other energy saving control methods.
