转子系统碰摩故障中的弯扭耦合动力学

摘要 为了研究转子系统发生碰摩故障时振动响应的特征,同时考虑弯曲和扭转方向的振动,利用有限元法推导包含轴承非线性刚度的碰摩转子系统弯扭耦合非线性动力学模型。以某双盘单转子为计算模型,采用数值积分方法对非线性弯扭耦合振动响应进行求解;利用频谱图、分岔图以及庞加莱图等分析碰摩故障下转子系统弯振和扭振的频谱特征和周期稳定性。计算结果表明:碰摩使转子系统的弯振和扭振都出现了倍频成分,其中扭振中的频率成分更加丰富;碰摩载荷会诱发转子系统的弯振和扭振进入混沌状态。 In order to study the characteristics of vibration response of rotor system with rub-impact faults,this paper,considering both flexural and torsional vibrations,establishes a nonlinear bending-torsional coupling dynamic model of rub-impact rotor system with bearing nonlinear stiffness using the finite element method.A double-disk rotor model taken as an example,the nonlinear bending-torsional coupling vibration response of the rotor is solved by numerical integration method.With spectrum diagram,bifurcation diagram and Poincare diagram,the spectral characteristics and periodic stability of the rotor system in condition of rubbing are analyzed.The calculation results show that the rub-impact excites super-harmony components in bending and torsional vibration of the rotor system,and the frequency component in torsional vibration is more complicated.Rub-impact load may induce bending and torsional vibration into a chaotic state.
