风电高强螺栓的松动与疲劳性能研究进展

摘要 风电螺栓的性能变化贯穿其生命周期,失效诱因较多。基于高强螺栓在风电行业中的应用概况、标准和发展趋势,结合建筑钢结构、铁塔等领域高强螺栓的研究,阐述高强螺栓综合性能的影响因素;重点归纳不同载荷下螺栓松动、疲劳的竞争失效关系和实验研究方法;指出对不同载荷螺栓性能影响研究的不足;明确当前研究数据不足以支撑其精准,并从应用角度建议对相关风电螺栓设计标准进行细化,对新一代高强螺栓的研发应用提出展望。 The performance of wind power bolts changes throughout their life cycle,with many causes of failure.This paper introduces the applications,standards and development trends of high-strength bolts in wind power industry,and expounds the influencing factors of the comprehensive performance of high-strength bolts by combining with the research of high-strength bolts in the fields of building steel structures and iron towers,etc.The competitive failure relationship of bolts under different loads and the experimental research methods are summarized.The deficiencies of the research on the effects of different loads on bolt performance are refered.The design standards of wind power bolts are suggested to be refined from the application point of view,and the development and application prospects of new generation high-strength bolts are put forward.
