摘要
裂殖壶藻(Schizochytrium)富含对水产动物具有良好促生长作用的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。为研究DHA对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus uarnamei)雄虾发育与精荚再生的影响,在饲料中分别添加0%(A组)、3%(B组)和6%(C组)裂殖壶藻,饲喂初始体质量(37.4±5.3)g的雄性凡纳滨对虾。结果显示:与0添加的对照组比较,添加3%和6%组提高了凡纳滨对虾雄虾的再生精荚质量、活精子百分比例和总精子数量,其中添加3%组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着养殖时间延长,对照组雄虾养殖第10天和第20天的再生精荚质量显著低于初始值(P<0.05);与初始值比较,添加3%组凡纳滨对虾雄虾养殖第10天和第20天的再生精荚质量显著提高(P<0.05),但10 d和20 d两者无显著差异;添加6%组10 d后显著提高了凡纳滨对虾雄虾的再生精荚质量(P<0.05),但20 d后又显著下降,与初始值无显著差异。研究表明,饲料中添加3%裂殖壶藻对凡纳滨对虾雄虾性腺发育和精荚再生更为有利,这为裂殖壶藻在亲虾配合饲料配制中的应用提供了参考依据。
Schizochytrium is rich in docosahexaenoic aicd(DHA).which exhibits a significant growth-promoting effect on the Litopenaeus vannamei.To investigate the effects of DHA on male development and spermatophore regeneration in Litopenaeus vannamei experimental diets were supplemented with 0%(Group A),3%(Group B)and 6%(Group C)Schizochytrium and fed to male shrimp with an initial body weight of(37.4±5.3)g.Results showed:Compared with the control group with zero addition,the groups with 3%and 6%addition improved the quality of regenerated sperm pods,the percentage of live sperm and the total sperm count of male Litopenaeus vannaeus,among which the group with 3%addition was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).With the extension of the breeding time,the quality of the regenerated sperm pods of the male shrimp in the control group on the 10th and 20th days of breeding was significantly lower than the initial value(P<0.05),Compared with the initial values,the 3%addition group significantly improved the quality of regenerated sperm pods of male Litopenaeus vannamei at 10 days and 20 days(P<0.05),However,there was no significant difference between 10 d and 20 d.The addition of the 6%group significantly improved the quality of the regenerated sperm pods of male Litopenaeus vannamei at 10 days(P<0.05),However,it decreased significantly after 20 days,showing no significant difference from the initial value.The study demonstrates that dietary supplementation with 3%Schizochytrium optimally supports gonadal development and spermatophore regeneration in male Litopenaeus vannamei,providing a practical reference for its application in formulated broodstock feeds.
