水环境中两种氨氮检测方法的比较与分析 被引量:1

摘要 氨氮是渔业水质监测的重要指标之一。本文采用国标纳氏试剂分光光度法和HACH快速检测水杨酸分光光度法,通过分别检测5个不同浓度的氨氮标准工作溶液,来比较两种检测方法的准确度,分析两种检测方法的优缺点和适用范围。结果表明,纳氏试剂分光光度法的整体稳定性高于水杨酸分光光度法。水杨酸分光光度法可作为参考方法在一般检测或室外紧急检测时使用;实验室检测时纳氏试剂分光光度法仍是优选。 Ammonia nitrogen is one of the critical parameters in fishery water quality monitoring.This study employs the Chinese national standard method(Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry)and the HACH rapid detection method(salicylate spectrophotometry)to compare the accuracy of both detection approaches.By testing 5 standard ammonia nitrogen solutions with known concentrations,analyze the advantages,limitations,and applicable scopes of these two methodologies.The results showed that the overall stability of Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry was higher than that of salicyltae spectrophotometry.Salicylate spectrophotometry can be used as a reference method for general testing or emergency outdoor testing.The Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometric method is still preferred for laboratory testing.
