摘要
为探究新疆内陆典型地区渔业生态现状,进一步开展生态保护及水资源利用,于2021年7月对该地区的两个典型水库,大泉沟水库和蘑菇湖水库,开展了浮游植物多样性调查。结果显示:调查区域共发现浮游植物6门58属111种。其中,绿藻门为主要优势种群,种类最多,占总类的52.3%;硅藻门和蓝藻门次之,占总类的28.8%;裸藻门、金藻门和隐藻门种类较少;优势种以梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana)和水华微囊藻(Microcystis flos-aquae)为主。本研究为新疆玛纳斯河流域的生物多样性和平原型水库保护及可持续发展奠定了一定基础。
To investigate ecological status of fisheries in typical inland regions of Xinjiang and advance ecological conservation and water resource utilization,a phytoplankton diversity survey was conducted in July 2021 at two representative—Daquangou Reservoir and Moguhu Reservoir.The results revealed 111 phytoplankton species belonging to 58 genera across 6 phyla.Chlorophyta emerged as the dominant phylum,comprising the highest species richness(52.3%of total species),followed by Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta(28.8%collectively).Euglenophyta,Chrysophyta,and Cryptophyta were relatively scarce.The predominant were Cyclotela meneghiniana and Microcystis flos-aquae.This study lays a foundation for the biodiversity conservation and sustainable development of plain-type reservoirs in the Manas River Basin of Xinjiang.
