摘要
目的通过对蕲艾研究文献的可视化分析,探索该植物研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为更好地传承李时珍医药文化提供参考依据。方法以中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库为数据源,检索自建库起至2024年蕲艾研究相关文献。利用可视化软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer绘制发文作者、机构以及关键词可视化图谱。结果共纳入分析233篇文章,发文量逐年呈波动上升趋势,研究热度逐步攀升。发文最多的机构是湖北中医药大学,形成了以刘大会、卢金清等为代表的核心作者团队。出现频次最高的关键词是蕲艾和挥发油,共形成10个关键词聚类。结论对蕲艾挥发油、总黄酮等化学成分的含量测定、成分分析、药理作用研究是持续的研究热点;对蕲艾产业发展,包括产量、品质、道地药材和本草考证、食用价值等方面的研究可能成为下阶段研究热点。
Objective To explore the current research status,hotspots,and development trends of Artemisia argyi research through visual analysis of research literature,providing references for better inheriting the medical culture of LI Shizhen.Methods Taking CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed as data sources,relevant literature on Artemisia argyi research from database inception to 2024 was retrieved.Visualization maps of authors,institutions,and keywords were generated using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Results A total of 233 articles were included in the analysis,showing a fluctuating upward trend in annual publication volume with increasing research popularity.The institution with the most publications was Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,forming a core author team represented by LIU Dahui and LU Jinqing.The key words with the highest frequency of occurrence were Artemisia argyi and volatile oil,with 10 key word clusters identified.Conclusion Content determination,component analysis and pharmacological effects research of chemical components such as volatile oil and total flavonoids in Artemisia argyi are continuous research hotspots.Research on Artemisia argyi industrial development,including yield,quality,genuine medicinal materials,herbal textual research,and edible value,may become future research priorities.
