摘要
当前,南阳市在农业技术创新、科技平台建设、人才支撑等方面已开展一系列实践,为乡村振兴注入了科技动能,但仍存在基础不牢、投入不足、人才不够、协同乏力等问题。基于此,提出应构建强化设计、创新投入、人才培养、协同联动等机制,以期推动科技更好地赋能南阳乡村产业发展、生态改善、治理提升,为同类地区科技助力乡村振兴提供理论参考与实践借鉴。
At present,Nanyang City has carried out a series of practices in agricultural technological innovation,construction of scientific and technological platforms,and talent support,injecting technological impetus into rural revitalization.However,there are still problems such as an unstable foundation,insufficient investment,lack of talents,and weak collaboration.On this basis,it was proposed that mechanisms such as strengthening design,innovation investment,talent cultivation,and collaborative linkage should be established,with the aim of promoting science and technology to better empower the development of rural industries,ecological improvement,and governance enhancement in Nanyang,and providing theoretical references and practical experiences for similar regions to use science and technology to assist rural revitalization.
