摘要
食用菌产业属于典型的劳动密集型产业,从菌种制作、菌袋生产、接种、栽培管理到采摘加工等环节都需要大量的劳动力,是促进农民增收、助力农业增效、助推乡村振兴的有效途径。近年来,石嘴山市食用菌产业的发展取得了不错成效,但其发展仍需面临诸多的困境,对此提出具有针对性的对策建议,以期为食用菌产业的发展提供可借鉴经验。
The edible fungi industry is a typical labor-intensive industry.From the production of fungi strains,the production of fungi bags,inoculation,cultivation management to picking and processing,all these links require a large amount of labor.It is an effective way to increase farmers'income,boost agricultural efficiency and promote rural revitalization.In recent years,the development of the edible fungi industry in Shizuishan City has achieved good results.However,its development still needs to face many difficulties.Targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in this regard,in the hope of providing referential experience for the development of the edible fungi industry.
