摘要
为解决水体污染日益严重的问题,设计了一种新型的水面油污垃圾清理船,能对水面油污和垃圾进行清理和分类收集。该清理船的总体结构包括了油污垃圾清理机构、双体船系统、动力系统、供电系统和控制系统,在油污垃圾清理机构的结构设计中,通过驱动电机带动传送带、吸油毡和挤压滚轴,来实现水面油污与垃圾的分类收集;清理船的控制系统以STM32单片机为核心,通过传感器系统和无线通讯模块来实现远程控制。双体船系统采用流线型设计,利用碳纤维管进行2个船体的连接,能确保航行稳定性,并提高空间利用率。设计的新型水面油污清理船具有广泛的应用前景和推广价值。
To solve the increasingly serious problem of water pollution,a new type of water surface oil and garbage cleaning boat had been designed,which could clean and classify the oil and garbage on the water surface for collection.The overall structure of this cleaning vessel included the oil and garbage cleaning mechanism,catamaran system,power system,power supply system and control system.In the structural design of the oil and garbage cleaning mechanism,the drive motor driven the conveyor belt,oil-absorbing felt and squeezing rollers to achieve the classified collection of oil and garbage on the water surface.The control system of the cleaning vessel took the STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the core and realizes remote control through the sensor system and wireless communication module.The catamaran system adopted a streamlined design and used carbon fiber tubes to connect the two hulls,which could ensure navigation stability and improve space utilization.The design of this new type of cleaning boat could achieve the classified collection of oil stains and garbage on the water surface,improve the cleaning efficiency,and had broad application prospects and promotion value.
