包装用气动机械手多种搬运方式的实现

摘要 设计了一套基于三菱可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的包装用气动机械手控制系统。详细介绍了系统的整体结构及各项功能特点。为了适应系统复杂多样的控制要求,重点采用了顺序功能图(SFC)编程结构进行PLC编程,通过SFC编程,系统能够灵活控制多个机械手,实现多种搬运方式的自动切换,提高了系统的工作效率和灵活性,满足了包装生产线对自动化、智能化的高要求。 A set of pneumatic manipulator control system for packaging based on Mitsubishi PLC was designed.The overall structure and various functional features of the system were introduced in detail.To meet the complex and diverse control requirements of the system,the SFC(Sequential Function Diagram)programming structure was mainly adopted for PLC programming.Through SFC programming,the system could flexibly control multiple mechanical hands,automatically switch between various handling methods,improve the system's working efficiency and flexibility,and meet the high requirements of the packaging production line for automation and intelligence.
