摘要
升降浮沉药性理论既源于对药物升降浮沉之性与脏腑气机运动间密切关联的深刻理解,又对临床辨证论治具有重要指导意义。通过阐述升降浮沉药性理论发展及应用,试以肝旺脾虚之痛泻为例,围绕其关键病机,结合白芍、防风的药性考证,分析经典方剂痛泻要方中白芍-防风的配伍特点,发现在此方中二药配伍以泻肝横逆之气,升脾之清阳为主,又兼顾顺肝气之条达,升降互用、互制,令肝脾气机升降有度而痛泻止。并附验案1则以佐证。
The theory of ascending,descending,floating and sinking medicinal properties is derived from the profound understanding of the close relationship between them and the qi movement of zang fu viscera,having an important guiding significance for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.This paper expounds the development and application of the theory,taking the disease of abdominal pain and diarrhea caused by liver hyperactivity and spleen deficiency as an example,analyzing the compatibility characteristics of debark peony root and divaricate saposhnikovia root in the classic prescription Tongxie Yaofang.The analysis,focusing on the key pathogenesis of the disease,combined with the textual research on medicinal properties of the two herbs,finds that the compatibility of the two drugs in this prescription is mainly based on purging transverse liver qi,ascending lucid yang of the spleen,and taking into account the regulation of liver qi.The ascending and descending properties interact with and govern each other,so that the ascending and descending movement of liver and spleen qi stays moderate and the disease of abdominal pain and diarrhea is relieved.One experiential effective case is attached as evidence in the paper.
