摘要
侯爱画认为肿瘤治疗“扶正祛邪并重”,中晚期肿瘤“正虚邪滞”,“浊毒”是重要病因及病理产物。针对性提出“通三焦、畅气血,化浊毒”的治疗大法。本文介绍了土茯苓-龙葵作为化浊毒的常用对药的功效,总结了侯爱画运用浊毒理论治疗结直肠癌、胰腺癌、宫颈癌的治疗思路及遣方用药,并分享验案1则。
Professor Hou Aihua believes that the treatment of tumors should pay equal attention to strengthening vital qi and to eliminating pathogenic factors,and their pathogenesis feature"deficient vital qi and retention of pathogens"in middle and advanced tumors,in which"turbidity toxin"is a critical cause and pathological product.He proposes the targeted treatment methods of"dredging sanjiao,activating qi and blood,and dissolving turbidity toxin"for the treatment of the syndrome.This article introduces the function of glabrous greenbrier rhizome and nightshade as the commonly used couplet medicines to dispel turbidity toxin,summarizes his ideas for working out prescriptions and medication in the treatment of colorectal cancer,pancreatic cancer,and cervical cancer based on the theory of turbidity toxin,and provides one case as reference.
