摘要
急性白血病、淋巴瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征等恶性血液病具有隐匿深藏、结聚难化、致病力强、传变迅速等特点。西医治疗恶性血液病以放化疗、造血干细胞移植等为主。周永明通过长期临床实践,基于“精亏形衰,痰毒留伏”理论,坚持中医为主、中西医结合,采用扶正解毒之法,健脾益肾以治本,豁痰解毒以治标,兼顾凉血泻火、益气养阴、祛瘀生新等诸法相参治疗恶性血液病,疗效明确。本文从理论阐述、经验总结、病例分析等方面总结周永明基于“精亏形衰,痰毒留伏”理论辨治恶性血液病的临证经验,以供参考。
Malignant hematological diseases such as acute leukemia,lymphoma and myelodysplastic syndrome have the characteristics of being hidden,difficult to dissipate,strong in pathogenicity,and rapid in transmission.Western medicine mainly relies on radiotherapy,chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in its treatment,but it cannot deliver benefits to all patients.Professor Zhou Yongming upholds the theory of"body declining owing to deficiency of essence,leading to retention of phlegm and toxins"in his clinical practice,adhering to the treatment of those diseases with traditional Chinese medicine,pairing with western medicine.He adopts methods for strengthening the body and detoxifying,invigorating the spleen and benefiting the kidney to treat the root cause,and eliminating phlegm and detoxifying to treat the manifestations,taking into account various approaches such as cooling blood to clear fre,strengthening qi and nourishing yin,eliminating blood stasis and promoting new vitality to treat malignant hematological diseases,yielding definite curative effect.From the aspects of theoretical elaboration,experience summary and case analysis,this article summarizes Professor Zhou Yongming's clinical experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of malignant hematological diseases based on the theory of"body declining owing to deficiency of essence,leading to retention of phlegm and toxins",providing a reference for future clinical practice.
