摘要
应用通用有限元软件ABAQUS中的实体单元建模分析风电机组基础内力,可得到较精确的结果,但采用交互界面操作时其建模和后处理的工序复杂,效率较低。基于ABAQUS的脚本语言python,对风电机组基础分析模型进行前处理和后处理的二次开发,讨论了实体有限元计算风电机组基础的力学模型及弯矩计算等问题,并开发了风电机组基础弯矩计算的前、后处理代码,应用该二次开发代码,对算例进行了计算和分析。计算结果表明:应用该二次开发代码可以提高风电机组基础弯矩计算效率和精度。
The internal force of wind turbine generator foundation(WTGF)was analyzed by FEM software ABAQUS using solid elements and more accurate results can be obtained.However,in the interactive interface for operation,the modelling and postprocessing are complex and ineffective by GUI.In this study,based on the script language python of ABAQUS,the secondary development of the pre-processing and post-processing of the wind turbine foundation analysis model were carried out.F The mechanical model of turbine foundation by finite element calculation and the calculation of bending moment were discussed.for the pre-processing and post-processing codes were developed.By using secondary developed code,the calculation of an example of WTGF were carried out.The practice shows that the application of secondary development code can improve the efficiency and accuracy of bending moment calculation of turbine foundation.
