1000 MW汽轮机惰走时间长原因分析

摘要 汽轮机惰走时间是机组停机过程中的重要监视参数,惰走时间与汽轮机阀门是否泄漏、动静部件有无摩擦、轴承润滑状态、汽轮机背压等因素有关。某机组停机时惰走时间长达6 h,大大超出历史值。本文分析了造成惰走时间长的各种因素,认为此次惰走时间长的原因为A侧中压进汽阀门泄漏,同时两凝汽器压差大也是原因之一,为同类型故障分析提供借鉴。 The coast down time of steam turbine is an important monitoring parameter during the process of unit shutdown.The coast down time is related to the leakage of steam turbine valve,the friction between rotating and stationary parts,the bearing lubrication state,the steam turbine exhaust pressure and other factors.A certain unit has the long coast down time up to 6 hours during the process of unit shut down,which greatly exceeds the historical data.In this paper,various factors that cause the long coast down time were analyzed.Results indicated that the leakage of the intermediate pressure inlet valve on side A was the main reason,and the large pressure difference between the two condensers was also one of the reasons,which provides a reference for the analysis of similar faults.
