摘要
某沿海燃煤电厂采用电化学氧化装置处理脱硫废水时,因废水中钙离子浓度过高,导致装置电流在1天内急剧下降,内部电极出现显著结垢现象。为解决这一问题,将海水引入处理系统,通过海水与脱硫废水混合稀释,有效降低装置进水钙离子浓度。试验数据表明:当处理用水钙离子浓度控制在1074 mg/L时,电化学氧化装置的清洗周期可从1天大幅延长至20天,系统出水余氯浓度稳定维持在500 mg/L以上,处理后的脱硫废水可作为循环冷却水杀菌剂使用,显著减少电厂次氯酸钠的外购量,实现降本增效与资源循环利用的双重目标。
When a coastal coal-fired power plant used an electrochemical oxidation unit to treat the desulphurisation wastewater,the calcium ion concentration in the wastewater was too high,resulting in a sharp drop in the current of the unit within one day and significant scaling of the internal electrodes.In order to solve this problem,seawater was introduced into the treatment system,and the calcium ion concentration of the influent water was effectively reduced by mixing seawater and desulphurisation wastewater for dilution.Test data show that:when the calcium ion concentration of the treated water is controlled at 1074mg/L,the cleaning cycle of the electrochemical oxidation device can be greatly extended from 1 day to 20 days,and the residual chlorine concentration of the system effluent is stably maintained at more than 500mg/L,which can be used as a circulating coolant biocide.It can significantly reduce the purchased amount of sodium hypochlorite in the power plant and achieve the dual goals of cost reduction and efficiency and resource recycling.
