摘要
某电厂3号机组危急遮断控制装置(ETS)原采用可编程序控制器(PLC),已投运11年,利用汽轮机通流改造的机会,将其升级为DCS一体化系统。控制器、电源、网络采用双重冗余架构;优化人机对话功能,支持通过调阅历史曲线直接查找首出故障原因;取消轴承润滑油压低、抗燃油压(EH油)低、凝汽器真空低压力开关及试验组件,改用变送器模拟量信号并通过三取二逻辑实现保护;将停机遮断(AST)电磁阀双通道试验优化为定期在线单个防卡涩试验。上述优化措施优化显著提升设备可靠性,保障机组安全稳定运行,同时验证了DCS在ETS系统应用的可行性,为火电厂DCS控制系统拓展可提供更多借鉴。
The emergency trip system(ETS)of Unit 3 in a certain power plant originally adopted programmable logic controller(PLC),which had been in operation for 11 years.Taking advantage of the opportunity of steam turbine flow passage modification,the ETS was optimized into an integrated DCS system.The controller,power supply,and network were configured with dual redundancy.The human-machine dialogue function of the emergency trip control device was enhanced and the cause of the first occurrence could be found by reviewing the historical curve.The pressure switches and test components for low bearing lubricating oil pressure,low anti fuel oil(EH oil)pressure and low condenser vacuum were eliminated and optimized to achieve protection by taking two out of three analogue signals of transmitters.The dual channel test of auto stop trip(AST)solenoid valve was optimized to regular online single anti-sticking test.Multiple measures of optimization have significantly increased equipment reliability,fully ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit.At the same time,it has also verified the feasibility of using DCS in the ETS system,providing more reference for the rational application of DCS control systems in thermal power plants.
