As the penetration rate of distributed generation(DG)increases, the peer-to-peer power trading model at the distribution network and microgrid levels can give full play to the advantages of distributed power sources, and has a promising application prospect. However, the existing studies less consider the cost of cross-table trading and the network security checking problem. In this paper,an improved pooled bidding matching mechanism is proposed to achieve effective matching of point-to-point power trading under the constraint of cross-territory transaction cost and generate unconstrained trading plans. Then, based on the AC current sensitivity analysis, the unconstrained plan is security-checked and adjusted by a hierarchical optimisation model with the objectives of maximising the total transaction volume and optimising user participation. Finally, the cost composition and calculation method of cross-taiwan transaction are defined by combining the incremental network loss caused by point-to-point transaction and theMW-km method.Example analyses verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed transaction model.
